Return Window You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Please try on garments carefully over clothing to avoid any marks or damage.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@vorarr.com with your order number.
2. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the package back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
